What can I do on Epic Africa?
Depending on the page, you can discover, enquire, buy, book, reserve, register, contribute, claim a free ticket, pay a deposit or continue an installment plan.
Does every offer appear publicly?
No. Businesses and organisations can use public marketplace discovery or distribute a direct/private link to a defined audience.
Will I receive confirmation?
Completed eligible transactions generate confirmation records. Some event and access products can also include QR verification.
What payment methods are supported?
Available methods depend on the transaction and market and may include mobile money, cards and bank-based payments through accredited global financial partners.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, where the seller has enabled a payment plan. You can make an initial payment and continue toward the total subject to the stated deadline and terms.
Does Epic Africa store my full card or banking credentials?
Epic Africa uses secure payment infrastructure so sensitive credentials can be handled through protected financial systems. The platform keeps the transaction records needed to manage the order.
How do refunds work?
Eligibility depends on the applicable seller or organiser policy, transaction status and timing. Approved refunds are processed through the appropriate payment route.
How do I list my business?
Submit a request at epic.africa/go. Your business and initial offering are reviewed, and approved partners receive instructions to sign in and complete their listing.
Can one owner manage multiple businesses?
Yes. An approved owner can legitimately manage multiple businesses and products from one account, with tools to narrow the working context.
Can I keep a listing off the public marketplace?
Yes. An offering can be published but excluded from general discovery while remaining available through its direct Epic Africa link.
How do I recover account access?
Use the Recover password option from the login flow. If that fails, contact support using the email associated with your account where possible.
How is support access controlled?
Business access can be granted and revoked. Approved Epic Africa support accounts use the @epic.africa domain and should only be authorised when support intervention is needed.
Does Epic Africa lend money directly?
No. Where lending or regulated finance is offered, it is provided by appropriately accredited or licensed financial partners under their own terms.
How can Epic Africa improve funding confidence?
Structured pricing, transaction histories, customer demand and operating records can make a scalable enterprise easier to assess. They do not guarantee funding.
How does Epic Africa support tourism growth?
The platform can digitise and distribute tourism offers, helping destinations and operators reach customers through public discovery, direct links and referral networks — including places mainstream promotion may miss.
Can Epic Africa support a fundraiser?
Yes. A page can operate as a structured contribution or fundraising campaign and can be shared publicly or within a defined community.
Does Epic Africa discount fees for conservation initiatives?
Selected conservation, environmental, humanitarian, community and other close-to-heart initiatives may qualify for discounted or specifically approved zero platform fees on a case-by-case basis.
How can the platform create opportunities for young people?
Growth of the ecosystem can create participation in sales, affiliate marketing, tourism, events, technology, customer support, logistics and the wider supplier economy.
