Stay on the platform
Complete the transaction through the payment route shown on Epic Africa. Be cautious if anyone asks you to ignore the platform and send funds to unrelated personal instructions.
Controlled access
Business access can be granted for legitimate operational roles and later revoked. Where support intervention is required, approved Epic Africa support accounts use the @epic.africa domain.
Transaction and verification records
Digital confirmations, payment references, booking histories and QR verification logs create stronger operational records than informal cash or message-only transactions.
