Making a booking
Browse or search for an experience, then open its page to see what is included, the price, and the dates available. Choose your date and the number of units, then continue to a secure checkout. At checkout you will provide a few details — your name, email, phone number, nationality, and the dates and quantities for your booking.
A booking is confirmed once your payment is successfully completed. You will then receive a confirmation by email with a secure link to your booking details.
Packages and items
Some experiences are sold as a Package — several components bundled together for one fixed price. Others are sold individually as Items. The experience page will make clear which you are booking and exactly what is included.
I did not receive a confirmation
Confirmations are sent by email immediately after a successful payment. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. If it still has not arrived, reach our team through the contact page and we will help.
Changing your booking
Whether a booking can be changed — and by when — depends on the host's policy for that experience. Where changes are allowed, you can request them from your booking; otherwise our support team can help you explore options.
