Open the relevant Epic Africa page to review the product, service, event, experience or initiative. Depending on what is being offered, the action may be to buy, book, reserve, register, enquire, contribute, claim a free ticket or begin a payment plan.
Packages, options and quantities
An offering can contain packages, options or individually priced items. Review what is included, the applicable dates or availability, quantity limits and any notes before proceeding.
Paid transactions
Where payment is required, continue through the secure checkout and choose one of the payment methods available for that transaction. A completed payment creates the relevant confirmation record.
Free registrations and tickets
Some events and activities cost nothing. Epic Africa supports zero-value transactions so a participant can complete registration and receive confirmation without making a payment.
Confirmations and QR access
Eligible completed bookings or tickets can include a confirmation and QR code. Event or front-desk teams may scan the QR code to verify attendance or access, with verification activity recorded to help prevent duplicate use.
I did not receive a confirmation
Check the email address used during checkout and your spam or promotions folder. If the transaction completed successfully but the confirmation is missing, contact support with the information you used for the order.
Changing a booking or order
Whether a transaction can be changed depends on the seller's or organiser's applicable policy, availability and transaction status. Contact support if you need help understanding the options available.
