Cancellation policies vary by host
Each host sets the cancellation policy for their experience, including any deadlines and whether a booking is refundable. Always review the policy shown on the experience page before you book, so you know where you stand.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider after the refund is processed.
Disputes
If something goes wrong with an experience, contact our team and we will do our best to help resolve it with the host. Note that for most bookings the agreement is between you and the host, as set out in our Terms of Service.
