How payments are processed
Payments are processed securely by Paystack, our payment provider. You can pay using major cards and supported local payment methods, and be charged in your local currency where supported (including Kenyan Shillings) — the available currencies depend on your location and the experience.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Your card details are entered and handled directly by Paystack over an encrypted connection — we do not store your full card number or banking credentials. We keep only limited records such as a payment reference, amount, currency and status, which we use to manage your order and any refunds.
Currency and bank charges
Prices may be shown in different currencies, and the final amount charged can vary based on exchange rates and any fees applied by your own bank or card provider. Those bank-side charges are outside our control.
Refunds
Whether a booking is refundable, and how much, depends on the host's cancellation policy and how far in advance you cancel. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. See the Cancellations guide for how to cancel, and our Terms of Service for the full detail.
