Your Epic Africa account
Your email address identifies your account. For business onboarding, Epic Africa follows a one-account-per-email approach while allowing an approved owner to manage multiple legitimate businesses and products.
Business onboarding accounts
When you submit a partner request through epic.africa/go, Epic Africa can create or reuse the account associated with your email. After approval, use the login instructions provided to access your partner tools and complete the listing.
Signing in securely
Epic Africa may use email-based verification, including one-time verification steps, to strengthen account access. Never share verification codes or login credentials with an unauthorised person.
Recovering access
If you cannot access your account, use the Recover password option from the sign-in flow. If recovery does not resolve the problem, contact support using the same email address associated with the account where possible.
Delegated business access
Business owners can grant appropriate operational access and revoke it later. Support access should remain controlled and temporary; approved Epic Africa support accounts use the @epic.africa domain.
